The benefits of crystal are mentioned in the ancient scriptures. Garuda Purana Ch.69: “The potent semen of Vala transformed into the seeds of quartz (rock crystal), also known as Bhisma stones. Mala balance all the energy chakras while chanting mantras during meditation .Crystal mala are also know to protect and heal negative influences. Ideal for jaapas of deity (Maa Laxmi, Devi Saraswati) and can be used as garland too.
