Delays & Liability

Failed Delivery / Returns

If a package is:

• returned due to incorrect address
• or not accepted after delivery attempt

A partial refund will be issued after deducting shipping and handling costs.

Lost Shipment Policy

If your order does not reach you within 6 weeks from dispatch:

• A full refund will be issued, provided tracking does not show a delivery attempt.

If tracking is unavailable:

• We will proceed with a refund in good faith after 6 weeks.

Important:

If a refunded order is later delivered and accepted:

• The order amount becomes payable again
