ॐ has many benefits. We often don't realize how potent ॐ is and value ॐ can bring in our lives and relationships. ॐ is not just sound of universe , ॐ is supreme Power . According to Vedas, the almighty, the formless Parabrahma is referred to as . The energy associated with ॐ is of the unmanifest (nirguṇ) God principle. The unmanifest energy of God is the same energy used to create the entire manifest (saguṇ) Universe. As a result, a lot of energy is generated when one chants ॐ.
