This Japa Mantra of Shiva has Hreem Beej at the start of mantra. The meaning is simple”Namaskar to Shiva”. It can be meditated in the mind and will take full effect as a long term meditation, after the number of chants crosses the 800,000 mark. The mediator is not advised to count the number of chants with any Japa Mala; but only concentrate upon Shiva.
