Delays & Liability
While we strive for timely delivery, Devshoppe is not liable for delays caused by:
- incorrect shipping address
- recipient unavailability
- weather or logistics disruptions

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
Customs & Duties
- Any customs duties or charges (if applicable) must be paid by the customer.
- However, based on experience, such charges are rare.
Failed Delivery / Returns
If a package is:
- returned due to incorrect address
- or not accepted after delivery attempt
A partial refund will be issued after deducting shipping and handling costs.
Lost Shipment Policy
If your order does not reach you within 6 weeks from dispatch:
- A full refund will be issued, provided tracking does not show a delivery attempt.
If tracking is unavailable:
- We will proceed with a refund in good faith after 6 weeks.
Important:
If a refunded order is later delivered and accepted:
- The order amount becomes payable again
High-Risk Shipping Conditions

- riots
- internal disturbances

- cancel the order and issue a refund
