Claims - Devshoppe

In case of NON RECEIPT of goods:-

• We will entertain any claim of NON RECEIPT of goods within 1 year from Order / dispatch date . After 1 year from Order / Dispatch date NO claim will be entertained .
• We keep tracking records of past 1 year only so any tracking information request prior to 1 year will NOT BE entertained.
• If you have not received the goods OR have any tracking related query OR need any support on any of our services , you can send us an email with in 1 year from Order placement Date, after that NO SUPPORT will be provided.
