1. How Can I Make Payment?

         You can make the payment through credit card, Debit card , Net Banking, Wallets and UPI using Razorpay Gateway, Cashfree,  Paypal OR Bank transfer.

         We have started accepting Googlepay, Paytm and Phonepe against order payments too.

2. Is other Country Cards Acceptable?

             Yes, All cards are acceptable.

3. Can Brass, Panchaloha Idols & Granites Statues Be Shipped To  Other Countries?

            All kind Of Idols Can be Shipped to Other Countries. 

4. How to Place an order?

        1. Select the items and Click, ’Add to cart’’ button.

         2. Choose between continue shopping, if you would like to add more items or checkout if you are done with the shopping.

         3. While you check out, if you are already registered, click the same.

If not, either you can register as a new customer or checkout as a Guest.

        4. Shipping charges will be calculated automatically based on the size, weight and the place of delivery provided by you.

          5. You can make payment by selecting Paypal , Razorpay  or Cashfree gateway using Credit card, Debit card and Netbanking.

6. Order Status Notifications

          1. Payment Succeeded: Your Order Is Confirmed and Payment got transferred.

          2. Preparation in progress:   Your order is under process.

          3. Shipped   Your Material is moved and tracking number is updated.

          4. Delivered.

          5. Payment error Notification 

                    a. 3ds Authentication problem: Wrong entry of card details or pin number

                    b. Declined by user: Cancelled by the user

                    c. Declined by issue bank

7. Is it safe to use my credit/debit card?

                Your online transaction is secured with the highest level of transaction security currently available on the internet.

8. Packaging:

         a.   All orders are packed well using bubble roll, laminated cloth envelope / thick Carton Box .

         b. Fragile items are safely secured with bubble wrap.

9. Return

           Product returns are acceptable for defective / damaged / wrong products delivered.

10. Cancellation         

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

11. Is there any Tax to be paid on delivery – Domestic?

Indian buyers - If any location has Octroi, the same has to be paid by buyers .

Overseas buyers - Customs duties are not in our hand. If Custom department asks for any duties then you are paying to Government of your country ...not us. We can't gurantee whether any packet will attract customs duty OR not ...though with our experience we can say that our goods hardly attract Custom duties in most of the countries.

12. How to track my order?

        Once your order is shipped, you can track through my account  ~ my order ~ order details.
