Story of Sri Krishna and Kaliya Nag - One time, Shri Krishna and his friends were playing with a ball next to the Yamuna river. While playing, their ball fell into a pond in which Kaliya nag resided. Despite the advise of his friends and a man from Gokul to stay away, Shri Krishna jumped into the river. When he reached the depth of the waters, King Kaliya Nag's wives stopped him. Shri Krishna was determined to not leave without meeting Kaliya Nag. So, Kaliya Nag woke up and headed to attack Krishna, but Krishna fought and defeated him. Both Kaliya Nag and his wife prayed to Krishna for mercy. Krishna forgave him and asked him to leave Yamuna river and go somewhere else. When he was leaving, Krishna stood on Kaliya Nag's and danced.
